General* DO NOT Steal, Repost, Edit, Reference, Trace/Draw over or use my artwork without my EXPLICIT permission.* do not use my artwork as an nft/sell/use it OR use it in the production of AI "art". Disregarding this term will immediately place you on my blacklist and you will be blocked.* I am a minor, so I will not tolerate my art being used to represent nsfw/fetish themes, it makes me extremely uncomfortable to be associated with these topics.* I will block whoever I wish to block. I am uncomfortable with NSFW artists interacting with me and will block them as a safety measure. I will also block any who fail to follow my TOS, or just overall seem creepy, give bad vibes, or just make me uncomfortable.* DO NOT sell my designs/artwork to ANYONE on my blacklist. It is mandatory that you check my blacklist before selling my designs. This is only if you commission me for a custom/adopted a design and decide to re-sell/Trade/Gift it. If I find that you have resold/traded/gifted/ect one of my designs to someone on my blacklist you will be temporarily or permanently greylisted.
Commissions | Art Trades
I reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE without explanation.* Do not complain about my commission prices or comment about how sad you are because you can’t afford to commission me. This is very guilt-trippy and makes me uncomfortable.* Payment will be sent in full after I send the first WIP, I will not move on with the commission until the full payment is sent. This is to prevent scamming.* It generally takes me anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to finish a commission, I have a life, and I’m still in school, please be patient with me. You may ask for updates on the commission but do not ask me multiple times a week.* My artwork belongs to the client, commissioner, or the person on the other side of an Art Trade // Gift.
However, I reserve the right to use any artwork I make for advertising my commissions. (You can request that I not for Character Privacy and other similar reasons.)* be polite when you're ordering a commission or asking for a trade. Any attitude will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to decline any commissions/trades for any reason.
* I refuse to do edits to already approved and finished commission work, it is generally hard to do, and it can be extremely stressful for me (Especially when doing edits on already finished and colored linework.) Simple things like requesting a transparent background is fine._ I refuse to refund a commission unless there is something wrong with the commission that was my fault.
Designs | Adopts* You may make slight changes to my designs but do not change it beyond recognition. Please contact me and ask about large changes to my designwork.* You may not resell my designs for more than you bought them without added Art, doing this will result in being graylisted and possibly blacklisted if repeated.* Do not Sell, Trade, or Gift my designs until at least one month after receiving the design from me.* If a design of mine is Traded or Gifted it loses all monetary value until art is added.
